Where we can use hypnosis - notes
Often I was ask what hypnosis is good for, what ailments' can be solved or improved with therapy with hypnosis. I classify the usage of the treatment with hypnosis in two parts:
1. Hypnosis is working when we want to change a behaviour Examples: we want to give up smoking but we can't; we want to reduce anxiety and stress but we can't; we want to give up a fear or a phobia but we can't; we want to go to the dentist without fear but we can't; we want to lose weight but whatever we do it's not working; we want to have better relationships but we are attracting in our life same kind of losers; low self esteem and low confidence can be tremendously improved with hypnotherapy; we can change when we know we are dumb in math or English, or science or whatever and we have the proof because our parents and our teachers told us that; we are slow learner and we cannot learn fast and easy; and the list is endless.
2. Hypnosis is good to help healing by looking and solving the psychosomatic part of an illness. Examples: addictions have a huge emotional part at fault in developing its; skin diseases like psoriasis appear very often related to some events which upset us deeply; hypnosis is well known in helping insomnia and irritable bowel syndrome; hypnosis is known as very effective in reducing pain and manage the pain in cancer and other chronic conditions; nausea and other symptoms related to incurable diseases are also be managed with hypnosis.[
Hypnotherapy will give you new ways you want to think and feel and will lay the groundwork for changes in your future actions.
